No. ecomSetu runs locally on your Windows or Mac and opens in its own window. There is no server and no internet check — your reports and generated vouchers never leave the machine.
Amazon MTR B2C, Meesho TCS (both sales and returns), and Flipkart sales + cashback. The file type is detected automatically by its columns, and everything is filtered to your seller GSTIN.
Yes. Tax is computed as round(taxable × rate) per rate slab at the voucher level — the same way Tally recomputes it — so you won't see "expected vs modified tax" mismatches. CGST+SGST vs IGST is split strictly by Place of Supply.
It's safe. Voucher numbering is idempotent and the direct Tally import skips anything already booked. You can also delete a single month to recompute it cleanly.

After you request a demo/trial or purchase, we email you the Windows installer (.exe) and the macOS app (.app), along with your .lic license key and setup help.
Licenses are offline, signed, perpetual and device-bound. Your activation screen shows a Machine ID — send it to us and you'll get an ecomsetu.lic file. A single machine gets a Machine-bound license; multiple machines get a Floating license bound to your listed devices (at the 30% price). A copied license won't run on an unlisted machine.
Only if you want one-click import. Turn on "TallyPrime acts as Server" on port 9000 and point ecomSetu at it. Otherwise, just download the import XML and load it into Tally yourself.
